Refund Policy

Refunds are only permitted in exceptional cases, wherein the subscriber may submit a claim for a refund by writing to CAREUWELL at and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request and the exact provisions of these T&C that have violated. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by CAREUWELL in it's sole discretion. Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the corresponding payment.
